Wildhaven Cattle Company is owned by Kevin and Sandy Wild, and we currently have 2 separate breeding programs.  We are located in Forreston, Illinois. We have had Scottish Highland cattle for over 25 years. We have always loved the Highland breed and became fascinated with the Miniature cattle idea many years ago. Our Highland cattle have always been on the smaller side, so it was natural to try to breed smaller cattle over the generations. We have introduced the Chondro gene with  our favorite bull, Wildhaven Willard, (chondro positive), as we absolutely love his conformation, size and temperment! We then incorporated bulls from other breeders in our ET program, to strive to produce calves that we feel are worthy of the breed!   Our cows play an important role in our breeding program, and we choose them carefully. We look for correct conformation, size, temperment, and mothering ability.  We specialize in fuzzy, friendly HighPark miniature calves!

We also maintain a beautiful herd of AHCA registered Highland cattle.
